"Thank you for the training in Orlando. I have been able to make some major shifts and fill in some blank spots in my life. The things I have learned from the DHE are too numerous to count so I will just focus on one (1).

"I had had a problem with an excessively tight and rigid chest. It had been confining my rib cage and causing me to have breathing problems. I had taken singing lessons about a year ago to improve my voice, but had to quit because deep diaphragm breathing and singing from that area hurt badly. Of course you guys teach to speak from your diaphragm to get those smooth tones. However it's hard to generate smooth tones when you hurt from speaking deeply.

"Being one to overcome anything that limits my choices, I went on a quest to create a flexible rib cage and move on with enhancing my voice ( Not to mention being able to breathe freely and without pain, is a good thing.) I had been using self hypnosis and visualizing a flexible rib cage and wasn't getting the results I wanted. I also used deep trances which I practice daily based on Yogic techniques. I could see the changes in the ethers, but nothing was showing up in my physical body.

"And then, behold, the blessed control panel. Whenever we were doing the control panel, especially the Kino system, I realized that they changes I desired were not calibrated in my Mind - Body. This was why the changes were not happening in my body...... A language so to speak needed to be developed between higher consciousness and Mind - Body.... It is amazing what can happen when a common language is used between the systems. Calibrating the systems Kinestically taught my brain the language it needed to follow commands.

"Back to the rib cage, I discovered (for me) that when we overlapped the three systems there was a specific sequence of submodalities lined up and fixed in a rigid pattern. I then knew if I would slide the middle panel over the entire structure would collapse. At lunch time I did just that. When I focused on the tightness in my chest I saw this insect like suit of armor over my body and it was crushed into my chest.

I then looked at the control panel for this (K, V, A overlapped) and simply slid the middle panel over and immediately the image faded and I felt a great weight taken off of my rib cage. I then heard change the tone and when I did, it immediately removed all pressure and tightness in my chest. Afterward that night while I was dreaming, I was going around and destroying control panels (sequences of submodalities in specific orders) of things that were causing me pain and preventing me from doing what I wanted to do........
